Cadillac Ranch Wedding, Maple Lake, MN

The day was began with cold drizzling rain but knowing that the wedding would take place at the beautiful Cadillac Ranch located in Maple Lake, Minnesota, everyone knew to pack their cowboy or rain boots. Allison and Jake are one amazing couple - amazing may even be short of describing them. I knew after taking their engagement photos last year that these two were going to be so much fun to work with!

These two made my photographer heart so happy - not caring about the rain or mud, Allison walked through fields with her boots, not worrying if her dress got a little dirty. Because let's face it, you bought the dress for THIS day. Not tomorrow, but TODAY. I loved that they were so go with the flow about everything - they even sat on the road for a photo (thanks guys)! They added their personal touches to the wedding in literally every small detail. Decorating cocktail tables with photos that were taken throughout the path of their relationship, deciding to plant a unity tree during the ceremony - in which they even had their dog Molly walk down the aisle as their "flower dog". It was perfect!
